As a rule, a manufacturer’s service or maintenance agreement/contract is automatically canceled following a loss. Often, this occurs without an evaluation of the equipment by the service provider.

When this occurs, we can step in and arrange to have the service contract reinstated, source alternate third-party providers, or identify the party responsible for the equipment’s repair.

When a new service provider is selected, we make sure that the new provider’s service agreement is identical to the prior agreement, ensuring the transition is transparent to the insured.

And in situations where no maintenance agreement existed, we can source service contracts, offering the insured peace of mind in the event of a future problem.
