TechLoss Consulting & Restoration, Inc. was brought in following a fire in one building of a school complex that resulted in smoke contaminating many computers and other IT equipment throughout the complex. We performed an on-site inspection of 500+ items and determined some items required replacement while others could be cleaned and returned to full functionality. We also provided recommendations in regard to like kind and quality replacements for the items that were not restorable along with industry standard replacement costs. At the end of the project, our efforts had reduced the claim by 70%.
